INSURANCE
Many insurance companies provide coverage for The ComfyAdjust- Bed; however, it is still advised to check with your health insurance company to find out the specifics of the coverage they will provide for medical devices as such. Generally, you will need to acquire a "Letter of Medical Necessity" from your doctor's office, along with a doctor's prescription specifying The ComfyAdjust-Bed as the right choice for your child's sleep therapy. Furthermore, your health insurance company may ask for the "HCPCS codes" in order to process a reimbursement claim. The HCPCS codes will be on your copy of the invoice.
