Full One-Year Warranty: The our company warrants that your pillow product, except as noted below, is, on date of purchase, free from defect in materials and workmanship. The Positional Therapy Mattress Co. will correct any such defect without charge if you return the complete product by mail, postage paid, to our company within one year after the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage by accident, misuse, abuse or by alteration of the product in any way, or by any other condition beyond our company's control.

 

FOR YOUR PROTECTION - Our pillows are medical products designed for personal use. There can be No Return or Exchange of this Bedding Product, due to the Health Issue of Transmittable Infectious Diseases.

 

THE  company SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
